- Milk - 500 ml
- Walnuts - 20 g
- Semolina - 50 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring milk and honey to a gentle simmer.
Step 2
Slowly whisk in semolina and salt, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Cook over low heat until thickened (8–10 minutes).
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.
Step 5
Divide into bowls and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
Step 6
Serve warm or chilled.
